RV Campgrounds Near Tri-Cities, Washington

The sunny southern Washington area known as the Tri-Cities is a very popular place to travel if you love going out in nature. Surrounding the trio of cities (Kennewick, Pasco and Richland) is a wealth of natural beauty, as the area is at the confluence of the Columbia, Yakima and Snake rivers. Boating, camping and fishing are popular diversions here, which makes the region a big draw for RV campers.

Horn Rapids RV Resort (Richland, WA)

Well, it wouldn’t make sense for us to discuss RV camping in the Tri-Cities area without giving a shout-out to the campground just down the road from our dealership! The Horn Rapids RV Resort offers a whopping 225 full hook-up RV sites. The campground has multiple playgrounds for the kids with picnic tables and barbecue grills so you can have a cookout. You’ll also find shuffleboard, volleyball, a swimming pool and horseshoes.

The full-time camp director keeps the events roster full with arts and crafts events in addition to regular meals. The clubhouse has a kitchen and there is also a laundry room along with restroom and shower facilities. You’re sure to be comfortable when you stay here and you can always come down the street to see us for an RV tune-up!

Wright’s Desert Gold Motel & RV Park (Richland, WA)

With 89 full hook-up sites that are reservable on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, you’re sure to find what you need at this RV park. Facilities available here include showers, restrooms, propane, laundry and a convenience store. The park is proudly family-owned and -operated, with a game room, a book exchange, picnic areas, a pool, a hot tub and horseshoes. You’ll be very near both the Yakima and Columbia rivers when you stay here, too, if you’re in search of some outdoor recreation.

Tri-Cities RV Park (Kennewick, WA)

This park in neighboring Kennewick boasts over 140 full hook-up sites, with most of these in comfortable, shady areas. Amenities available here include showers, restrooms, a dumping station and laundry. You’ll also find a renovated clubhouse, a playground and a hiking trail along a canal.

Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA (Pasco, WA)

This campground also has full hook-up campsites along with a number of great amenities, such as laundry, showers, propane, restrooms, a swimming pool and a hot tub. You can make use of the full kitchen in the clubhouse to prepare food, too. Some of the activities available include basketball, putting greens and a playground, as well as scheduled Friday night movies, Sunday waffle breakfasts and Wednesday night bingo.

Columbia Sun RV Resort (Kennewick, WA)

This beautiful campground of 25 acres hosts 145 full hook-up sites with patios and picnic tables. There are fenced dog areas, so it’s pet-friendly, too! Facilities include restrooms, showers, laundry, a general store, an RV supply store, a gift shop, a fitness center, a game room, a playground and plenty of outdoor games. Make sure you investigate the campground schedule to check out events like karaoke, ice cream socials, wine tastings and bingo nights.
